Are you building a special Moto Guzzi using many custom electrical components? Want to use completely non-stock gauges, handlebar switches, and headlight? Want to move the battery under the transmission and hide all of the electrical bits normally located in the frame triangle of your Tonti? I can work with all of that and more.

Custom wiring harness built for Kevin Cherry

The photo below is of Kevin Cherry's wonderful Moto Guzzi V1000 G5 based custom with a Suzuki GSX-R front end. I built a complete wiring harness for Kevin. A note from Kevin:

Greg

I just want to thank you for your work, got it all back together now, charging, blinkers flash, horn works and most important the wiring looks clean.

Thanks again! Best

Eric started by sending me a tray and all of the electrical components he wanted to hide just below the seat. He also used tubing and labels to indicate where things would be located.

Here is the final tray in place with all of the wiring. It is a lot of wiring, but it all fits and functions perfectly. We also installed four relays: one each for the starter, headlights, coils, and horn.

We hid some wiring under the tank. I made sure to use Molex connectors such that individual components could be removed for service without the need to cut wires.
